As Labor Day approaches, we would like this particular blog post to honor the day’s intentions. Labor Day, “is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.”
IA Business Advisors helps thousands of people who contribute to America’s workforce every year (in fact, we have helped people on all seven continents!). Today, we want to honor our own history and take you back down memory lane of some of our earliest blog posts.

Most, if not all, policy and procedures that are implemented by consultants have a foundation in correcting an identified deficiency in an organization. However, when a manager and the staff commit to such a structured program, any deviation can cause that program to fail.
